Policies & Guidelines

We use the venue's provided bins; we do not haul away trash off-site

Laundering or pressing is not included.

Beyond basic trash pick-up, deep restroom cleaning is not part of our service.

We do not scrub carpets, floors, or walls.

Furniture can only be shifted if pre-approved with your venue.

For safety, we do not handle money envelopes. (We're happy to transport boxed gifts if you've added our delivery option.)

Clients must provide adequate storage containers for all items.

Optional Add-On: Storage containers are available through Happily Ever After Cleaning Co. for an additional fee. (see add-ons page)

Our Commitment & Your Role

Venue access must be confirmed prior to booking to ensure our team can enter when scheduled.

Please allow a 30-minute buffer before and after your contracted end time to ensure smooth service.

Our staff provides boutique, end-of-night clean-up - we're not a janitorial service.

All add-ons (overnight storage, next-day delivery, prop handling) must be arranged in advance.

We work in collaboration with venues and coordinators to ensure policies align with their requirements.
